Blue Diamond Limousines is hands down the BEST limo service around. My husband and I had a concert event. Our driver, James, was awesome and just made the experience even better. Showed up before pickup time so that we could take pictures. Limo was stunning. Sunny was sooo wonderful and accomodating. I recommend them highly. Took business cards to pass out to friends and family. All I can say is that they are pure excellence! Thank you Sunny & James.
My experience with Blue Diamond Limousines was far above anything I have ever expected. Our drivers name was Tony and I have to say, he definately made the experience very enjoyable. Wow! I was impressed with Blue Diamond's Limousine. The car was beautiful and our driver was wonderful. Their pricing was good, too. I did quite a bit of research & have used other companies in the past. From now on I'm calling Blue Diamond. They're simply the best!
We used Blue Diamond Limo for our wedding in May 2011, and they were excellent. We ordered two limos, and they both showed up well ahead of time, and they utilized alternate routes extremely well to get us to the chapel ahead of time also, always managing to miss the traffic, even though it was a holiday weekend. The cars were very nice and in good condition inside and out. The drivers were helpful, polite and friendly and helped to ensure that we had an excellent day. Our travel was totally stress free, and they were fine with taking ten people home at the end of the night and making ten different stops. Very friendly people, and their communication and organization were excellent over the phone as well. The price was lower than other companies. All round, absolutely excellent.
We used Blue Diamond Limousines for a sadder occasion than most of these, to take our family to and from a funeral, but like other reviewers we were very impressed with them. The limo was clean and well stocked and the driver was professional and treated us with great kindness. Many thanks for making a difficult day much easier.
We rented a white stretch navigator for my son's birthday party to carry his friends to the party. The driver was early, text me to tell me he had arrived, gladly made several trips back and forth to accommodate all the kids who needed a ride (even more than originally planned). The driver had soft drinks in the limo for the kids and great music. The reservation was arranged on-line and the price very reasonable. I will definitely use Blue Diamond again for my next child's event! Thank you!
I've used Blue Diamond off and on for years and have always found them prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. It helps that I have an account and they know my name now, but nonetheless, I highly recommend them.
Had three days of hectic schedule. Tony of Blue Diamond Limousines was prompt, courteous, and professional but that's what one should expect. He also arranged to have our favorite snacks, drinks, and a disposable camera! He was flexible when our itinerary changed due to whether. From beginning to end, the experience reflected blue diamond limousines attention to detail and proved they were eager to far exceed one's normal expectations. Their price was extremely competitive, ranging in the lower 1/3 of the 25 companies who submitted quotes and was by far the best value: a beautiful limo, stocked to our taste, always ready and on-time. Blue diamond even had umbrellas for us to use in the rain! Whenever I need a Limo in the central Florida area, I'll call Blue Diamond Limousines again - don't need 25 bids now!
I use Blue Diamond several times a year for transport from Ormond Beach to the Orlando Airport. They are the best. They are always on time (actually early), Very Professional, and Excellent rates. When flights are delayed they keep in touch with me and driver so no worries. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Super Service!
